CANCELLATION POLICY

Tattoo & Salon Booking Policies 💚 Please read before your appointment💚 📌Important Shop Policy **No babies, children, or minors under 18 are permitted in the shop.** This is a tattoo shop and salon. Minors receiving services must have the required DOH form completed. Please scroll to the section that applies to the service you booked: Tattoo Policies or Salon Policies --- 📌General Deposit Policy All clients are required to have a valid debit or credit card on file. A **non-refundable deposit** is required for each service booked. This deposit will be applied toward the final cost of your service. For regular clients with an established relationship, if a deposit is not placed at the time of booking and the appointment is later cancelled, the client will still be charged the normal deposit amount for that service, as any other client would. To best serve all clients, rescheduling or cancellations must be made at least **72 hours prior** to your scheduled appointment time. Any additional rescheduling will result in the loss of your current deposit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. Cancelling your appointment will result in the loss of your current deposit and may be subject to cancellation fees outlined below if not cancelled at least 72 hours in advance. Clients who arrive under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or have consumed drugs or alcohol within the last **0–48 hours** in a way that prevents services from being safely provided, will forfeit their deposit and be charged **50% of the service(s) booked.** --- 📌Tattoo Policies I do **not** tattoo realism, watercolor, or fineline work. Please do not book a fineline tattoo or a tattoo you are unsure about without first booking a consultation. 📌Tattoo Late Policy There is a **10-minute grace period** for tattoo appointments. If you are going to be late, you must contact us before your appointment time. A late fee may apply starting at **$25**, at the provider’s discretion. If we do not hear from you within 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be cancelled. 📌Tattoo Cancellation Policy Same-day cancellations will result in the loss of your deposit and may also be subject to an additional cancellation fee at the artist’s discretion. Any cancellation fee charged is **in addition to the loss of your deposit.** Clients who choose not to move forward with their tattoo for any reason on the day of the appointment will be subject to the same policy listed above. 🌱Other Tattoo Information Please do **not** apply any numbing cream before your appointment without consulting your artist first. Numbing spray is available as an add-on to your appointment. We do **not** send drawings before your appointment. Any changes to the design can be discussed and made during your appointment. --- 📌Salon Cancellation Policy Cancellations made within the **72-hour window** will be charged **75%** of the booked service total. Same-day cancellations, within **24 hours**, will be charged **100%** of all services booked. No-call/no-shows will be charged **100%** and will be banned from booking future appointments. 📌Salon Late Policy There is a **10-minute grace period** for salon appointments. If you are going to be more than 5 minutes late, you must notify your service provider **before** the scheduled start of your appointment, preferably at least 5–10 minutes in advance. A **$15 late fee** will apply. After the 10-minute mark, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged the remaining balance due. 📌Other Salon Information For any salon service, please arrive with a bare face, hair down, and caffeine-free. If you are booked for any full-set nail service, please arrive with bare nails. Last-minute soak-offs, if time allows, will be an additional fee If there is not enough time to soak off your nails, you will be charged for the service and sent home. ✨Thank you for choosing us, we can’t wait to meet you!
